Thank you to Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC who signed the charter on 1st April 2021 providing protection for their 1,224 employees.

Chief Executive of CityCare, Lyn Bacon, said:
“Signing the ‘Dying to Work’ charter is an important step for CityCare. We are always seeking to improve the support we can offer our employees and this is another important phase in our journey. Our teams do a fantastic job serving our community and signing this charter alongside our Trades Union partners further reflects our values as an organisation and our commitment to our colleagues.”
Director of Nursing and AHPs, Tracy Litherland, and Joint Trades Union Chair for CityCare, Tracy Tyrell, added:
“The Trades Unions are delighted to have been able to take the Charter through its journey to sign-off and feel that it will also enable us to support members and staff through sometimes difficult times allowing them to complete their individual career journey in their own way.”
